1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tg99 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services accessible at tg99.im.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account on the tg99 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile held by a Player on the Platform, through which gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their tg99 Account using any supported payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet, or free spin equivalent awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all tg99 balances are denominated.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tg99 registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply in addition to, and do not supersede, any specific terms attached to individual promotions, tournaments, or game types offered by tg99. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail solely in respect of the relevant promotion.

tg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See Section 13 (Amendments) for further details.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a tg99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of tg99 or any of its affiliated companies or third-party service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the tg99 Platform or voluntarily self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tg99 or any third-party responsible gaming programme.

tg99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification document. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by tg99 will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the tg99 Platform. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not register using a false identity, assumed name, or information belonging to another person. tg99 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any point and to close your Account if any information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your personal details change (including your name, address, or payment method details), you must update your Account promptly. Notifications of changes can be directed to [email protected].

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg99 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

tg99 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from tg99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tg99 immediately. tg99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials, or where you have shared those credentials with a third party.

You may change your password at any time through the Account settings section of the Platform. tg99 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All tg99 Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through Supported Payment Methods as defined in Section 1. tg99 does not accept cash deposits or payments by any method not listed as a Supported Payment Method.

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform cashier.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the Platform cashier at the time of request. tg99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the Account, or to an Account that has been verified as belonging to the Player.

• tg99 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum amount, which is displayed in the Platform cashier.
• tg99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited via a particular payment method will generally be returned via the same method where technically possible.
• tg99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder's name.

All financial transactions on the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. tg99 does not store full payment card details on its servers.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tg99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.

General conditions applicable to all tg99 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. New player bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the promotion. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account upon the deadline.
• tg99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that such cancellation does not adversely affect Players who have already met the qualifying conditions.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another Account or redeemed for cash without first completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, the Real Money Balance will generally be used first in game play unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• tg99 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, low-variance play designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of coordinated play with other Players.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the tg99 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the rules of that product as published on the Platform.

In the event of any technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tg99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. tg99 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the accuracy of the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• tg99 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any Player on any market at any time without providing a reason.
• tg99 live casino games are governed by the rules of the game studio providing the live dealer stream. In the event of conflict between tg99 general terms and studio-specific rules, the studio rules shall apply to game play outcomes.
• Winnings from slot games are subject to the Return to Player (RTP) rates published by the game provider. RTP information is available in the game information panel for each title.
• tg99 does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular game or betting market and may withdraw products from the Platform at any time.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or attempting to circumvent a previous Account closure by registering a new Account.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, algorithm, automated bot, script, or mechanical device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to use the Platform, including persons under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform's payment systems.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider in respect of legitimate tg99 transactions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tg99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of tg99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tg99 content without the prior written consent of tg99.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used by tg99 under licence. Any breach of intellectual property rights may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tg99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network disruptions, or unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain Account security.

tg99 does not represent or warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond tg99's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. tg99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tg99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

tg99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets will be accepted until the limit period resets or a lower limit is applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered.

tg99 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players. However, tg99 cannot guarantee that self-excluded Players will be prevented from accessing the Platform via unregistered browsing and strongly encourages Players to use third-party filtering software as an additional safeguard.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tg99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg99 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the tg99 support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction for final resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tg99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
